On Feb. 27, 2026 Warner Bros. has agreed to the $110 Billion dollar purchase by Paramount. Netflix decided to back away of its purchase offer of Warner Bros. after months of Paramount competing to purchase Warner Bros. with increasing its purchase price to eventually the $110 billion dollar price.
